Netiquette

Online interactions are now as common as face to face meetings.  Managing these relationships and developing appropriate online etiquette is important.  Netiquette is the acceptable way to communicate on the Internet.  This informal code pertains to communication by e-mail, discussion groups, and other forms of social networking. Think of it as a “code of conduct”.  It is important for all users to use good netiquette on social networking sites.  Appropriate online behavior and knowledge of acceptable communication practices is also important in combatting cyber bullying.  For more information on what is appropriate online, view the resources below.
